1. Introduction
Welcome to the Accreditation Information and Management System (AIMS). AIMS is an online platform designed to facilitate accreditation processes by providing access to documents and related resources. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AIMS, operated by Partido State University. By accessing or using AIMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. User Eligibility and Access
AIMS is intended for use by authorized taskforces and accreditors involved in the accreditation process. To access AIMS, users must be granted appropriate access credentials by Partido State University, Quality Assurance Center. Unauthorized access or use of the system is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities
By using AIMS, you agree to the following:
• You will use AIMS solely for its intended purpose of accreditation management.
• You will not share your access credentials (email and password) with any unauthorized person or entity.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of AIMS or the data stored within it.
• You will not upload, share, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Data Privacy and Security
• AIMS may collect and store personal information, including but not limited to names, contact information, and usage data, to facilitate the accreditation process.
• All data entered into AIMS is treated as confidential and is used only for purposes related to accreditation.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts.

5. Intellectual Property
• All content within AIMS, including but not limited to documents and related resources, is the property of the university or its owner.
• Users may access documents solely for the purpose of accreditation and related tasks. Any other use, reproduction, or distribution of the content without prior written consent from the owner is strictly prohibited.

6. Modification of Terms
• Partido State University reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on AIMS.
• Continued use of AIMS following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

7. Termination of Access
• Partido State University, Quality Assurance Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to AIMS at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
